CREATORPOCKET · PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy. In your hands.

This Privacy Policy explains how CreatorPocket handles information for creators and managers, including information shared through TikTok sign-in and records supplied by your agency.

Last updated

1. Who we are and how your agency is involved

CreatorPocket is operated by JAXE Entertainment LLC. It connects a creator or manager to the workspace of the agency that authorizes their access. This policy covers CreatorPocket; your agency and TikTok have their own policies for information they collect and use independently.

Your agency supplies and controls its creator records, program settings, goals, bonus rules and published content. We process that information to provide the service to the agency and its authorized users. We also use account and technical information to operate, secure and support CreatorPocket.

2. Information we handle

Account and access information can include your internal account identifier, agency and region assignments, role, verification status, and account or support information that you or your agency provide. Email addresses are used when an email-based account or invitation workflow requires them; basic TikTok sign-in does not itself provide your email address.

Agency records can include your creator profile, assigned manager, diamonds and other performance metrics, hours and active days, monthly reporting history, goals, bonus eligibility and calculations, settlement or payment-status records, contest participation and rewards, training progress, and agency-published content. Only the categories used by your agency and the features available to your account apply.

We also handle information you submit through available app features, such as support requests, and technical information needed for authentication, session management, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information in a support message.

3. TikTok sign-in and your permission

When TikTok sign-in is enabled and you approve it, CreatorPocket requests only TikTok's basic-profile permission, user.info.basic. TikTok can share your app-specific account identifier (open_id), display name and avatar. This permission does not give CreatorPocket access to post content, send messages, read your follower list or obtain your contacts.

TikTok authorization is used to verify an identity, not to automatically claim an agency's private creator record. An account must be explicitly linked to an authorized agency record before that record becomes accessible. A matching username, display name or TikTok handle alone is not treated as proof that a record belongs to you.

Authentication is handled through our managed authentication service. Provider access credentials can be processed during the sign-in exchange. The native app's persistent session storage is designed to exclude TikTok provider access and refresh tokens; it stores the managed session information needed to keep your app account signed in. This is not a promise that provider information never passes through memory during authentication.

You can withdraw CreatorPocket's access through TikTok's connected-app controls. This stops future authorized provider access but does not, by itself, delete your CreatorPocket account or records your agency supplied. See the choices and retention sections below.

4. Why information is used

We use information to authenticate users; resolve the correct agency, region and permissions; display authorized records and content; calculate agency-defined goals and bonuses; support available contest, training, support and settlement workflows; and maintain the service's security and reliability.

Calculations and displayed payment statuses support your agency's administration. They are not a guarantee of earnings, eligibility or payment. Your agency is responsible for its rules, source data and decisions. Where a law requires a particular legal basis for processing, the applicable basis depends on the relationship and purpose, including providing the service, legitimate operational and security needs, legal obligations, or consent where required.

5. Who can receive information

Your agency's authorized personnel and managers can access information within the permissions assigned to them. Access is intended to remain scoped to the appropriate account, agency and official region; signing into CreatorPocket is not permission to browse other agencies' records.

We use service providers, including Supabase for managed authentication and backend services and Vercel for hosted web services, to operate CreatorPocket. Providers process information needed for their role. Information may also be disclosed when necessary to comply with law, protect users and the service, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. Connecting TikTok for sign-in is not permission to publish your private agency metrics or send marketing messages to your TikTok followers. Additional integrations or permissions, if offered later, require their own setup and appropriate notice.

6. Storage, security and international processing

CreatorPocket uses access controls, tenant and role boundaries, managed authentication and secure native session storage to reduce unauthorized access. No system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your device protected and tell your agency promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, which may differ from your location. We and the agency are responsible for using safeguards required for the processing that each controls. This policy does not represent a particular security certification or guarantee that every feature has completed production or app-store review.

7. Retention and deletion

Information is kept for as long as needed for the account or agency relationship and the purposes described here, taking account of security, support, dispute resolution, settlement reconciliation, backups and legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of record and the agency's instructions; there is no single fixed retention period for every category.

Signing out, uninstalling the app or disconnecting TikTok does not automatically delete server-side agency records. Account or record deletion may require verification and coordination with your agency. Some records may need to be retained for a lawful reason, and backup copies may remain until the applicable backup lifecycle completes. We do not promise immediate erasure from every system.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You can manage TikTok authorization in TikTok, protect or sign out of your app session, and ask your agency to correct inaccurate records. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, withdraw consent where applicable, or complain to a relevant privacy authority.

For agency-supplied records, contact your agency using its usual support channel and identify the request as a CreatorPocket privacy request. You can also contact JAXE Entertainment LLC at hi@jaxe.co, including when you cannot sign in. If you have app access, the agency-support feature may also be available. We may need information to verify your identity and the agency relationship before acting. Do not share your password, TikTok authorization code or session token.

9. Request account and data deletion

To request deletion of your CreatorPocket account and associated personal data without signing in or reinstalling the app, email hi@jaxe.co with the subject CreatorPocket account deletion. Tell us the agency name and enough nonsecret information to identify your account. Do not include a password, authorization code, session token or payment-card information. We will coordinate identity verification and the applicable agency records with you.

The request covers your CreatorPocket account and associated personal data that we control, including linked sign-in identity, profile and support information, subject to applicable exceptions. Your agency's source records, payment and settlement history or records needed for security, disputes and legal obligations may require separate handling or retention. We will explain relevant exceptions when responding. Backup copies may remain until their applicable backup lifecycle completes. Requesting deletion is not an automatic or immediate erasure action, and this policy does not set an unverified fixed deadline for every category.

10. Children and changes to this policy

CreatorPocket's current creator enrollment is intended for adults aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided information to the service, contact the agency so the account and records can be reviewed.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date on this page identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service channel where required. A beta or sandbox feature may be unavailable even though this policy explains how it handles information when enabled.
