CREATORPOCKET · TERMS & CONDITIONS
A clear way to create together.
These Terms of Service govern your use of CreatorPocket, operated by JAXE Entertainment LLC. Read them together with our Privacy Policy and any separate agreement you have with your agency.

1. The service and these terms
CreatorPocket gives authorized creators and managers access to their agency's available information, programs and tools. By using CreatorPocket, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If a mandatory law gives you rights that cannot be excluded, these terms do not remove those rights.
Your agency is a separate participant responsible for the records, program rules and decisions it supplies. These terms do not replace your agency agreement, an employment or contractor agreement, a contest's published rules, or TikTok's terms. JAXE Entertainment LLC operates CreatorPocket; TikTok does not operate or sponsor the app.
2. Eligibility and authorized access
Current creator enrollment is intended for people aged 18 or older. Provide accurate information and use an account you are authorized to control. Your agency must authorize your access to its records and features. Being able to sign in does not, by itself, give you membership in an agency or a right to another creator's data.
CreatorPocket may require verification or an explicit link between your account and an existing agency record. A username, display name or TikTok handle is not sufficient to establish ownership of a private creator record. Do not try to access another user's account, cross agency or region boundaries, alter permission controls, or claim a record that is not yours.
3. Account security and TikTok sign-in
Protect your device and account credentials, and notify your agency if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the activity you authorize through your account. Do not share passwords, sign-in codes, authorization links or session tokens with others or place them in support messages.
When offered, TikTok sign-in requests basic-profile access, user.info.basic, to verify your identity. It does not authorize CreatorPocket to post to TikTok, send TikTok messages, read your follower list or access your contacts. TikTok sign-in depends on TikTok's availability, your authorization, approved testing or production access, and the service's configuration. It may be unavailable during beta testing.
You may disconnect CreatorPocket in TikTok's connected-app controls. Doing so does not cancel separate agency obligations or automatically delete records supplied by your agency. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and privacy requests.
4. Agency records, goals, bonuses and settlements
Your agency defines the programs available to you, including goals, base or breakthrough targets, bonus tiers, eligibility conditions, manager assignments and compensation rules. Performance metrics, diamonds, hours, active days and reporting periods depend on the agency's source records and configuration. Contact your agency about incorrect or incomplete information.
Displayed progress, estimates, reward eligibility, bonus calculations and settlement statuses are administrative information, not a promise of earnings or a completed payment. Agency approval, data reconciliation and any applicable payment-provider requirements may still be needed. Your agency remains responsible for its compensation commitments, payment decisions and applicable obligations. CreatorPocket does not act as your bank or guarantee a third-party payment.
5. Contests, trips, rewards and content
Each contest, points program, trip or reward is subject to the rules and eligibility published by its organizing agency. Participation does not guarantee a prize or travel. Check the organizer, period, scoring, approval requirements, available rewards and any travel conditions before participating. The organizer must resolve discrepancies and determine results under its applicable rules.
Agency-provided content and training may be subject to additional usage limits. Do not upload, distribute or use material you lack permission to share. You retain rights you have in your own content and permit us and the relevant agency to process it to provide the features you use. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising or TikTok posting on your behalf.
6. Acceptable use
Use CreatorPocket lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass others, submit fraudulent performance or payment information, upload malicious code, disrupt the service, evade security restrictions, scrape private records, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or violate an applicable agency or connected-provider policy.
We may limit a feature or account where reasonably needed to address security, abuse, legal obligations or loss of agency authorization. Any action should be proportionate to the issue and applicable law. Agency membership or an account's feature access may also change when the agency changes its authorized permissions.
7. Third parties and beta availability
Third-party services, including TikTok and any connected payment provider, operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Their approval, credentials, geographic availability, policies or outages may limit a feature. We cannot guarantee their approval, availability, delivery or the accuracy of information they supply.
CreatorPocket is being developed and tested. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed or limited to approved testers. A web page, development download or configured permission is not evidence of app-store approval or that a particular integration is active. Do not rely on a beta feature as the only record of a financial obligation or an essential communication.
8. Service ownership and privacy
CreatorPocket's software, interface, trademarks and service materials belong to JAXE Entertainment LLC or the relevant rights holders. You receive a limited right to use the service for authorized purposes, not ownership of the software or another person's content. Do not present yourself as the operator of CreatorPocket or misuse its branding.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Your agency is responsible for having permission to supply and use its records, and you must respect the confidentiality of information you are permitted to view. Access to information through the app is not permission to share it outside its authorized purpose.
9. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to operate and secure the service, but it may be interrupted, contain errors or require maintenance. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, a particular commercial result, earnings or the accuracy of agency-supplied information.
Each party remains responsible for its own actions and obligations under applicable law and any separate binding agreement. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, including non-waivable consumer rights. These terms do not authorize us to change an agency's earned compensation obligations.
10. Ending access, changes and questions
You can stop using the app or disconnect TikTok at any time. Contact your agency about ending agency membership or requesting account and record deletion. Ending access does not automatically erase settlement history, resolve existing disputes or cancel obligations that survive under your separate agreements or applicable law.
We may update these terms as CreatorPocket changes. The updated date identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel where required. Questions about agency data, rules, bonuses or payments should go to your agency's usual support channel. App support can also be requested through the agency-support feature when available. You can contact JAXE Entertainment LLC at hi@jaxe.co, including for privacy and account-deletion requests without signing in.
